Offered price for "turnkey house" option: from 164,900 EUR

The price for "turnkey construction" is orientational. The final price of the house may be lower or higher. It depends on the client's requirements, choice of building materials and elements. This price is obviously influenced by the price level, various stock prices of suppliers of building materials and last but not least it depends on whether the client orders the whole construction or only part of the finishing works within the whole.
